Plans change…if you can no longer attend your booked class a 48 hour notice period is required.

To cancel a booking and keep your class credit towards another session or receive a full refund, please do so with minimum 48 hours notice. Any booking that is not cancelled within this time will result in the credit being fully charged.

Class credits and bookings are non transferrable

If a class should be cancelled by Jen, you will receive at least 2 hours notice. Any credits that have been used to book a class that is cancelled by Jen will always be valid to use for a new booking.

If you arrive late for your class you will not be able to get access to the studio. Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time.
